The WBL Alpine Boosters Winter Sports Swap is your one-stop shop for affordable ski and snowboard equipment! Whether you're looking to save money on gear for your growing athlete or want to sell equipment they've outgrown, our swap is the perfect solution.
This annual event brings together families from across the community to buy and sell quality used winter sports equipment at great prices.

For Sellers
How to Sell Your Equipment
Selling your equipment at the swap is easy and helps support the WBL Alpine Ski Team:
- Clean and inspect your equipment before the swap
- Price your items competitively (we recommend 30-50% of original retail)
- Drop off your items during designated times (Friday 5:30-8pm or Saturday 8-10am)
- Fill out a seller information form and receive your seller number
- Pre-filled tickets are available upon request for sellers with many items
- Unsold items must be picked up by 5:00pm on Saturday
Commission and Payments
Payment Method: Checks mailed to sellers approximately two weeks after the event
Sales Tax: No sales tax is collected at the swap
Donations
Any items not picked up by 5:00pm on Saturday will be considered donated to the boosters club. There is no fee for items you choose to donate upfront.
For Buyers
Shopping Tips
- Arrive early for the best selection
- Bring cash or checks - credit/debit cards are not accepted
- Know your (or your child's) sizes for boots, helmets, and clothing
- Inspect items carefully before purchasing
- All sales are final
- Help is available for questions about alpine ski equipment
Volunteer Opportunities
We need volunteers to make this event successful! Opportunities include:
- Friday evening check-in and item tagging (5:30-8pm)
- Saturday morning setup and check-in (8am-10am)
- Saturday swap day assistance (10am-3pm)
- Saturday pickup and cleanup (3pm-5pm)
